Shooting Stars
Our Shooting Stars programme is specially designed for children aged 3 to 6 years, providing a brilliant first experience of futsal in a safe, fun and supportive environment.
The aim of Shooting Stars is to give every child a positive and memorable introduction to sport. Our sessions are led by experienced coaches who understand how to engage young children, using fun activities that promote:
Physical literacy
Listening and communication
Confidence and independence
A love for movement and play
The programme is carefully split into two progressive phases to ensure every child develops at the right pace:
Learn to Play Phase
(Ages 3–5 – Preschool & Reception)
Our Learn to Play sessions are the perfect introduction to futsal for little ones who are just starting their sporting journey. Designed for children aged 3 to 5, these sessions are playful, energetic and full of imagination — helping children build the confidence to move, explore and express themselves.
Led by experienced, child-friendly coaches, the sessions use fun games, colours, roleplay, and stories to keep every child engaged and smiling. We focus on developing:
Fundamental movement skills – running, jumping, turning, stopping
Balance and coordination
Listening and following instructions
Basic ball familiarity – rolling, kicking, catching and dribbling
There’s no pressure to perform — every child develops at their own pace. Parents are welcome to stay nearby and support when needed, creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone.

Our Foundation Programme is the next step in a player’s futsal journey — offering a progressive, age-appropriate coaching pathway for children in School Years 2 to 7.
Designed to build technical skill, game understanding, and confidence on the court, the programme helps players move beyond the basics as they grow through the key development years.
Sessions are grouped by age and ability to ensure each child is challenged and supported appropriately. The curriculum evolves as they move up through the programme, keeping things exciting, engaging and matched to their learning needs.
A Progressive Journey Through the Ages
U7–U9 (Years 2–4)
Players focus on ball mastery, 1v1 skills, and movement off the ball through fun, high-repetition practices and small-sided games. They begin to explore teamwork, decision-making, and how to win their duels.
U10–U12 (Years 5–7)
Players refine their technique under pressure and begin learning tactical elements of futsal — such as rotation, pressing, transition and supporting play. We continue to develop creativity, game intelligence, and the ability to problem-solve in match situations.

Sessions are led by qualified futsal coaches using a player-first, high-touch approach. All practices align with the England Futsal PRIDE DNA and encourage players to:
